By accessing and using Cod Qaran ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cod Qaran regarding your use of the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cod Qaran provides a digital voting platform that enables organizations to conduct secure, transparent elections. Our services include:

• Digital voter card distribution
• Secure voting interfaces
• Real-time results and analytics
• Audit trails and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt elections
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Share voter cards or authentication credentials
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Election organizers are responsible for ensuring their elections comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Our pricing structure includes subscription fees and usage-based charges:

• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• Usage charges (voter cards, processing units) are billed monthly
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of election data:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
• Voting data is anonymized and cannot be traced to individuals
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations
• Users can request data deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cod Qaran and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (election descriptions, candidate information, etc.), but grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cod Qaran from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Your election content or conduct

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• You remain liable for all charges incurred
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions regarding liability and indemnification survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of Somalia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules.

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cod Qaran regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations.
